Stephen Troop was so nice, courteous and friendly. He explained everything put me at ease. I was treated as soon as I drove into the service area and guided by a nice man before I got out of the car. I am a first time car buyer. I was a little leery about coming in by myself, so I chose Rafferty because I had heard such great things about them. They lived up to the hype of being very nice and helpful. I really appreciate their willingness to work with me and ultimately get me in the perfect car! Always a pleasure to bring my car in for an express oil change. I was in and out I n 45 minutes. Pretty sure that's quicker than Jiffy lu be. Overall the people were friendly. The reason for my 3 stars is because I stood in line for 30 min to get checked in. I arrived at 7:30 to drop my car off and they had 1 person working The reason for my 3 stars is because I stood in line for 30 min to get checked in. I arrived at 7:30 to drop my car off and they had 1 person working. That is unacceptable. When I got to the front- he had to go through about 10’different computer screens to complete my check in. All of which I had already gone over when I made the appointment. So I am sure they take pride in the handling and organization of the paperwork, it just prolonged my time at the dealer. Then when I called to see if my car was ready, I pressed the number instructed to reach service dept. Apparently it went to a receptionist and she got annoyed with me when I didn’t know the man’s name who checked me in. Not the kind of personality I’d expect answering calls. With all that computer software checking me in- I would think any of them could just look up my name. So while I am sure they did fine work on my car, the additional time and personally I had to deal with make me not want to return. More
