I received conflicting information on a headlight over two visits the first one said it was not needed for inspection and now it is needed for inspection. Now the headlight is on back order and my car is two visits the first one said it was not needed for inspection and now it is needed for inspection. Now the headlight is on back order and my car is out of inspection. No one has offered to look at an aftermarket part that may not be back ordered. The first headlight went out under warranty and was replaced and there has been no problem since then, when I asked about replacing the second headlight which had the same exact problem it was out of warranty and now cost me almost $900, And it still back ordered with no estimated date for my inspection expires. I’m new to the area and really want to work with this dealership I have four relatives that have bought Subarus here and receive free vacuum cleaners to refer people to each other but I have difficulty getting a part covered under warranty it just doesn’t seem the same not sure if I’m gonna continue with Rafferty even though it works for my friends and relatives More
