I bought a new WRX from Rafferty Subaru and worked with Jason Brandt. The window deflectors were scratched, and when Jason learned this, he set me up with a loaner car for free, brought me to the front of Jason Brandt. Even the two owners, stoped in during the process, introduced themselves. All this just made me feel like I matter, that I wasn’t just another costumer.
