Most likely the absolute worse experience I have ever had with any retailer and service company. We bought a 2019 Subaru Outback from this dealership in 2020 and they sold us on an extended warranty. Trying to get that work scheduled and completed was not only challenging enough as they damaged our car when trying to get other warranty work completed. I will never spend another dime at this dealership. The do not return voice mails and act annoyed with you when they have had the car for 3 weeks and all you want are answers. More
