I shopped around before I landed at Rafferty. The other dealerships in the area (one around the corner from my home!) were either indifferent or were charging premiums for a new car - and I wasn' The other dealerships in the area (one around the corner from my home!) were either indifferent or were charging premiums for a new car - and I wasn't having it. The staff at Rafferty was friendly (Dan Hash, salesperson) and attentive. My trade-in was fair. Once I received my Crosstrek the paperwork was smooth (Jeanette) and the instruction helpful (Chris). All in all I found the experience surprisingly pleasant and easy. I will be coming back for service - and I have already referred a friend to Rafferty for a new Subaru. More
