I bought a car that in less than a year I discovered had huge cracks under the front part . This caused from the beginning an awful humid smell inside the car. They assured me that the car never have had an huge cracks under the front part . This caused from the beginning an awful humid smell inside the car. They assured me that the car never have had an issue. I am living now in another state and the car has a horrible water damage in the electrical due to those cracks that Rafferty supposedly did not know about it. Rafferty is asking me to bring the car back. In order to do this I need to put 3 times more the money I paid for the car. They have not been responsible for the car they sold me in so horrible conditions. This is my first car and although from the outside the car looked fine, Rafferty knew about the conditions of the car because it has a record of services with them and still sold it to me. I don’t consider Rafferty an honest person and definitely never I will consider buying again from him. More

Excellent customer service. I was having trouble with my phone, and Sean was really good about tracking me down. They were very clear on what they were going to do, and it all I was having trouble with my phone, and Sean was really good about tracking me down. They were very clear on what they were going to do, and it all seem to be done expertly. My car was clean when I picked it up, and they couldn’t have been nicer in the office. My only suggestion would be to make the night drop instructions a little more clear. But overall, it was my first time here and it was a great experience. I highly recommend Sean and his team. More
