I took advantage of the Subaru promotion to Trade Up my 2019 Forester to a new, 2022 model. Due to the chip shortage, Rafferty didn't have much in the way of new inventory so I put down a deposit and order 2019 Forester to a new, 2022 model. Due to the chip shortage, Rafferty didn't have much in the way of new inventory so I put down a deposit and ordered the Touring model and in the same color as my 2019 model. I got a call from my sales person, Larry Seavey, that my car arrived on 2/9, a week earlier than it was scheduled for delivery. Larry was a pleasure to deal with. He emailed my several times to keep me up to date on the car's status as it was in transit to his dealership. He was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process as seamless and stress-free. After I finished with the F&I department (another seamless process), I spoke to Kevin Rafferty to compliment the sales staff, in particular Larry. He was happy that I was happy! Usually, car buying, and even leasing, is a very stressful experience. In this case, there were no issues, no hassles, and everyone involved made this a really enjoyable experience. Thanks to all the staff a Rafferty. You made me feel like family. More

Worst service ever! Had to have my car started by AAA 4 times… and lift door in back would not open. Called Rafferty.., they said bring the car in through express and th Had to have my car started by AAA 4 times… and lift door in back would not open. Called Rafferty.., they said bring the car in through express and they would take a look at it… AAA came to start car.. I drove to Rafferty they took my car in.. I sat for a couple of hours.. they didn’t seem that busy.. employees were just walking around… talking and laughing with each other. Finally I asked about my car .. several people looked at each other .. like duh your car? you need to see Danny. After waiting about 20 minutes I asked if they could point Danny out to me so I could get an update on my car? He said they are checking the battery. Waited approximately another hour. They brought my car around and said the battery is good and the lift door is working great. I said something is draining the charge otherwise why would my car be dead every morning .. answer: well you are here on express .. to find answers we would need to make an appointment and do a diagnostic @ $134/an hour. I asked Danny what about lift.. he goes out to my car .. pushes ever possible button to open door and of course it opens every time. I told him you can push buttons and open that door 5000 times but it still doesn’t open lots of times when I am out running errands and I need it to open. And it hasn’t opened for 4 days now. He says well it’s working fine. I said thanks and left. Next morning called AAA to start car and took car over to Concordville Subaru.Pulled into service bay .. a gentleman came to car.. said you can turn it off and go inside .. I informed him I needed to get my walker out of the back.. he said oh let me get that for you… when he opened the lift gate.. of course it opened right up .. but he said.. I don’t know why you are coming in today but have them check your lift door.. the tray is pushed to far forward toward door and that can cause your door to be out of calibration causing it to only open half way or not at all. WHAT????? Anyway.. took my car in and in half hour they told me my battery is fine, however my head lights on , not on auto, so when car receives charge the lights being on just drains charge again… adjusted tray in back and recalibrated door… they gave my car a good charge for an hour, washed it and gave it back to me at no charge. It starts every morning and guess what… my lift door opens every time. Imagine that. Say hello to my new service department!!!! Rafferty you are not the only service department around!!!! More
Very happy with Rafferty. I like that they hose down and clean my car when they do the inspection.
