Appreciate the Express Service option, and the “amenities” while waiting create a welcoming atmosphere. The first time I used Express Service, I was the third car to arrive and the first at the third bay. After pulling in, the drivers of the cars behind me rushed to the desk. It took almost 2 hours for an oil change because I was much further back in line at the desk. Small issue, overall, but perhaps a suggestion for a minor improvement? More
