Sean in service was great, professional. However, I was extremely disappointed that several members of the service were not wearing masks. My whole family has been buying and servicing our Subaru cars at Rafferty for over a decade. Over the years, the service only improved and got more streamlined. Now I don’t even need to call to schedule a service, I can do it online (which, with my schedule, is a lifesaver). If I opt for waiting while my car is getting taken care of, there’s a lounge and a business room, so I always just bring my laptop so I can get work done in peace and quiet. And that’s not even touching on the quality of work! I am always confident that the car is taken care of properly, no complaints since I bought it over 7 years ago. One time I asked about some scratches on my car (my son was learning how to drive at the time and scraped the bumper), and mentioned painting them myself if I could find the right color paint, and they just gave me a tube for free. Def recommend, very easy to deal with. More

First, the service agent was not wearing a mask when I approached the counter, and I had to request she put one on! There were two other agents not wearing masks all while every single customer was!
