When I leased my prior Rafferty 2020 Forester, I was extremely pleased with all the courtesy and efficiency. When an opportunity arose to lease a 2022 Forester Wilderness from Rafferty, I didn’t hesita extremely pleased with all the courtesy and efficiency. When an opportunity arose to lease a 2022 Forester Wilderness from Rafferty, I didn’t hesitate to return. Once again, I was treated with extreme courtesy and efficiency. Even during the expected “negotiation” stage, there was courtesy and bending over backwards to arrive at an agreed price. I LOVE this dealership and Subarus! More
The body shop was a treat to work with, but technically they are not associated with Rafferty, they are actually their own separate business that partners with Rafferty. In terms of the on-site service dep they are not associated with Rafferty, they are actually their own separate business that partners with Rafferty. In terms of the on-site service department, the scheduling is poor, 2 times they had no record of my appointment when I made it, blaming it on their weekend scheduling service. i had my car in for the same issue 3x (tire gauge going off), it's still not fixed. The At this point, I am more mad at myself for continuing to take my car to Rafferty, but that problem will be solved next time I need to get my car repaired. More
My service was great the service rep helpful and kind. The young ladies at the cashier were pleasant. My Pa. State Inspection sticker and emission sticker were exactly in the right spot. This visit had pros and cons. Ultimately I am thrilled with the outcome of having my car detailed. It looks, feels & smells fantastic. The check-in was problematic however. Sean Prevo was the original ser with the outcome of having my car detailed. It looks, feels & smells fantastic. The check-in was problematic however. Sean Prevo was the original service advisor who worked with me last week & who shared with me about your detailing service, which I did not know you offered & which I then booked for Jan 11. When I checked in on Jan 11, I was assigned by service manager Ken Seal to see advisor Steve Troop. I very nicely stated to Steve, (after I asked his name- he did not introduce himself), that I wanted to point out a few things on the car, the 1st of which was a pinky-tip sized spot on the hood where paint has worn off. He stated they couldn't fix that & when I asked his advise, he said, very dismissively, " you'll have to repaint the whole car." Moving on, I showed him 2 coffee stains on the passenger seat upholstery, & he stated, "I think they can try to get that out," leaving me unassured. Finally, when I asked if wheels were included, he quite literally stated, "if you're looking for that type of work, you need to have your car detailed somewhere else." I was shocked at his response & felt he didn't believe in your detailer or didn't know enough about the service you offer. I told him I didn't have an itemized list of what was included & just wanted to understand what came with the service. Then he stated the price of $229 when I already had a written est. of $199. At that point, when I refuted the $229, he appeared quite frustrated & told the service manager, Ken Seal, he was going to hand me over to Sean Prevo. It was very awkward, but Sean reassured me the original quote was accurate, & that he'd get the detail guy to walk through what was included. At that point, the service manager, called Sean out to the drive-in area to discuss something, which was clearly about the situation at hand, whatever that truly was, but I thought it was incredibly awkward again as well as unprofessional. Finally, Sean had the detailer come out & look over the car with me & I knew right away I was in good hands & felt very reassured. It's clear the detailer took pride in his work. I can even tell by the way the vent louvers we're positioned exactly the same as one another, & the quality & consistency of the detail workmanship, both inside & out, and...the wheels look amazing! Sean reassured me I'd have the same price & result if I had the car detailed again in say 6 months. I am very pleased with the work & the price, but that dismissive check-in experience must not happen again. More
