I received very good personal reception and attention from the people in the showroom and in the service area. Rafferty checked the car over a 5 hour period, and could not find anything wrong. I brought the car there because the battery completed discharged, sparks and a white plume-like shape came from the battery area. My car went in for an 8:30am inspection. It’s a new car so I knew it would not need anything but the inspection. I did the early morning appt because I needed the car for the afternoon. I had to call them at 1:00 because I still hadn’t heard anything. The service tech called me back 5 min later and said my car was done. I’m very disappointed that I had to call them. They should have had it done in the morning and called me. More
