Dropped off my car for my Friday, November 12th 9:00 am appointment to do an oil change, tire rotation, and get my parking brake switch replaced. I was told it would be done by the end of the day. I received a call towards the end of the day that they were double booked, which is already unprofessional to cram in as many customers as possible if there is no capability to get through all the service. I was told I would get my car finished by the next day, Saturday November 13th. I had to change my plans around to accommodate not having a car, but I made it work. On Saturday, no one reached out to me, so I had to reach out to the service department and did not receive a response back on Saturday at all. Monday, I was called by service in the morning that my car would be finished by the end of the day. I get a call back later in the day saying that the part had not come in yet and it would be ready by Tuesday. I had no way of reaching the dealership on Tuesday or Wednesday, so Thursday was the only day I could pick it up. I was given a quote in the $300 range. When I went to pay, the price was suddenly raised to $400. Only after raising an issue with this did the advisor realize there was a mistake. Overall, I dropped off my car on a Friday morning and picked up my car on the following Thursday night for an oil change, tire rotation, and parking brake switch replacement. My car was at the shop for almost a week, and I just kept getting strung along with delays for work that was claimed by the service advisor would take one day to do. Completely horrible experience. More
