I am usually very happy with Rafferty Service but this time, I was not. I felt they could have extended a discount since I explained to them that my oil well was dry immediately after I had service approx time, I was not. I felt they could have extended a discount since I explained to them that my oil well was dry immediately after I had service approximately 2 weeks prior. I had been handed an inspection point list and the person said “all my fluids were topped off”. They were not and I was driving for 2 weeks with a dry oil well. The oil indicator light came on. I checked and it looked ok but the light stayed on. I called Rafferty and they told me it was coming on because I needed to change the oil yet my sticker indicated I had at least another 2000. miles to go. All in all when I took it back they changed the oil. I left still unsure if there was permanent damage to the engine. They took me right away and they gave me a court of oil, but no curtesy extended as far as discount or to be assured there was no damage. More
