They were initially confused about my service date , they called me with a different date and when I questioned to check their system they came back and corrected , whoever I spoke to I had mentioned that I called me with a different date and when I questioned to check their system they came back and corrected , whoever I spoke to I had mentioned that I need certain information in my invoice as I need to submit to my insurance, i mentioned that details when I dropped my car . I did not see those details in my invoice and when questioned the person at the cashier desk got annoyed and mentioned that she would not do the whole invoice again for adding those details and go ahead submit it as it is . I had requested the invoice emailed it to me and I was assured But was not followed through , even my previous experience I have always noted that folks at the cashier deck are less professional and less accommodative in contrast to folks at the service deck.
