I commuted nearly an hour for 10am appointment- car not looked at till 3pm. 0 communication of delay. They tell me they can’t fix it till next day at 4:30pm and it will cost 3x what they originally told me looked at till 3pm. 0 communication of delay. They offer me $60 off for my inconvenience (after tripling the price). Finally they gives me my car back to drive home at 5pm warning me it’s now more dangerous to drive than when I came in cause they didn’t finish the repair. Next day I have to wake up and commute back again Nearly an hour, and take another day off work to wait for repair. They offered a 10% discount for my inconvenience but the assistant manager Dan had horrible customer service, basically grinned in my face and asked “well what did you expect?”. I doubt he would speak to your average west Chester customer this way but because I’m young and lower income the same professionalism / customer service clearly didn’t apply. I’d always heard what an amazing dealership this was. I was disappointed. More

We had a great experience with Rafferty Subaru. From the start, the online salesperson was wonderfully helpful and was in contact with me letting me know everything I needed to. This is My third Subaru, was looking to replace/update my vehicle. Was looking around (Internet) and this one caught my eye, so had to go see it.
