This is My third Subaru, was looking to replace/update my vehicle. Was looking around (Internet) and this one caught my eye, so had to go see it. We had a great experience with Rafferty Subaru. From the start, the online salesperson was wonderfully helpful and was in contact with me letting me know everything I needed to. She also helped me set up an start, the online salesperson was wonderfully helpful and was in contact with me letting me know everything I needed to. She also helped me set up an appointment to go in and shop with an in person salesman. From start to almost finished Rafferty has been top notch and I would certainly recommend them to everyone. The inspection itself was fine. All additional recommendations were clearly defined and the costs associated were stated. All good. My issue is the loaner. It’s the second time I’ve gotten a lo recommendations were clearly defined and the costs associated were stated. All good. My issue is the loaner. It’s the second time I’ve gotten a loaner that was improperly cleaned and sanitized. In fact, there was a face mask left in the back. In this of covid more attention should be paid. Appointments mean nothing. The Service Dept. takes everybody who waits for their cars ahead of all who makes appointments. You have to contact them only to find out that they need to keep your car an everybody who waits for their cars ahead of all who makes appointments. You have to contact them only to find out that they need to keep your car another day and after agreeing to that, you still have to call back late the next day and force them to take care of your car because of those customers who wait for their cars are taken ahead of your car just because they were there. The fact that they have had your car for a 2nd day, DOES NOT MATTER! More

The rep from 3D collision was terrible. Steve Troop was the best service agent I could’ve gotten. I’ve brought my 2020 forester in for inspection August 30, 2021. Purchased August 2020 I have less than 4000 miles on this vehicle. I gotten. I have a maintenance agreement and when I brought it in for New Car Check Up the service agent at that time had no problem giving me a new air filter which obviously was not needed. Nor was the oil change. Steve Troop took excellent care of me by helping me understand my maintenance agreement. Steve he’s one of those employees that know how important it is to take care of a customer. More
