They salesman was peaches and cream when I bought the car. When it arrived and the dog barrier ($418 option) couldn’t possibly restrict a 25 or less pound dog, (which I have) the salesman gave me a har car. When it arrived and the dog barrier ($418 option) couldn’t possibly restrict a 25 or less pound dog, (which I have) the salesman gave me a hard time because he said it looked like the picture (which was taken on an angle in the brochure which did not show the design flaw for small dogs). A manager, Bob Rafferty Jr, came out and authorized the price reduction. 2). I was not told at buying, that the dog barrier was bolted in and that the cargo cover was not usable with the barrier in place. 3). The salesman, who vociferously argued with me about the barrier had never seen one himself before he saw the one in my new car. 4) to return the barrier I had to make a service appointment weeks out AND if I wanted to wait, I was offered 1 PM which is in the middle of my work day. Someone did call the next day to offer a different time, but by then my son spent the five minutes it took to remove the barrier and I made a trip to Rafferty to return it. (To Matt in Oarts) I couldn’t wait weeks to remove it because the crate I needed to contain the dogs didn’t fit with the barrier in. 5). I received a notice about my EZ Pass and realized I left the transponder in the car. I called Bryan Bennett at 9:33 this morning to ask where the old car was. He said they remove forgotten belongings and he would check. I think that is an easy thing to check. Five hours later I haven’t heard back. I called him and Bob Jr and another salesman and the person who would be in charge of trade-ins (turned out to also be Bob Jr). Not a good indicator of Rafferty customer service, since you ask. Whether you all at Rafferty are avoiding my calls or not, it does feel that way. 6). I requested specifically to NOT receive texts from you and you sent this survey by text. Also not good sign. 7). I was told there would be only the same color choices if I waited for 2022 and I am seeing ads and articles suggesting otherwise. I gave one star— I like the car. I have another car, a 2000 Honda Accord, that we plan to replace with a Subaru. If you were me would you return to Rafferty? More

I took my car too this dealership with an issue with my car burning oil. I was told too bring my car in at 4pm and a loaner car will be waiting for me. I got there a 400pm and no loaner car was available. I was told that my moter had too be taken apart too diagnose the problem. My car sat at 5he shop for 2 days before they even looked at it. I called too get an update on my car and was told that the service manager took my car for a test drive and found nothing wrong with my car. I had had my car in the shop 2 days prior too me bringing it in the second time and was told that their mechanic said my motor was bad but they wanted too do a oil consumption test. My oil was not due too be changed for another 1000 miles. They insisted on the consumption test and I was charged the full amount for an oil change that I did not need. More
