Past two service visits unable to return car same day as too many people are scheduled to get service done. If you ask for help with something at visit, i.e. brakes need to be adjusted, help removing tire too many people are scheduled to get service done. Very pleased with the work that was done and feel the price was fair. Tom kept me informed the whole time.
