I brought my car in for Express Service. No fluid coming out of rear wiper. Called Service and someone was supposed to call me - did not. Had to call again and now have an appoint to get hose fixed. The check engine light went on in my car which only has 37,000 miles on it. So I brought it into Rafferty for service. I usually Use another dealership for all of my scheduled maintenance. Something was wr 37,000 miles on it. So I brought it into Rafferty for service. I usually Use another dealership for all of my scheduled maintenance. Something was wrong in the engine that I thought should be covered under warranty. They told me it would not be covered under warranty because they did not think the car was well-maintained due to very dirty oil. I quickly told them that I maintain the car meticulously and have all of my scheduled maintenance done at another dealership and had the records to back it up. The cars oil was actually changed 600 miles previous to taking it in. Instead of taking my word for it, or offering another solution, they really didn’t seem to care. They charged me $425 to flush my engine because the oil was so dirty, even though I have records showing the oil was changed less than 600 miles ago. So instead of investigating on why the oil was so dirty causing a check engine light to come on they were just interested in getting paid. I would not recommend this dealership at all. More

I had an emergency, my AC went during the hottest week of the year so far. With two small children I was in a bit of a panic given the weather. Due to a similar issue in the winter involving my heater. But then, Ken seals came through and helped me out when there was no other option available. Nick Capatasto was an absolute pleasure to work with. These two employees Are why I will be looking to upgrade by the end of the year with Rafferty Subaru. Thank you, Andrew Rich More
