Got my 4K service done. Safety precautions were very well observed. Stupidly asked to have my tires rotated which wasn’t necessary and cost me even more money. Service technician was zero help with recommendations which I suppose are buried somewhere in the overwhelming owner’s manual. I was promised a Wawa gift card for coming back to the dealership after purchase to learn more about the gazillion features of the car. I came in for the appointment and the gift cards were “locked in the safe.” My salesman said they would make it up to me somehow. I am still waiting... The dealership was very accommodating when we were purchasing the car but that seems to be where the relationship ended. More

Service rep was great. He kept me informed and was very helpful even letting me think about having major repairs done over the weekend since it was expensive. BUT service didn’t totally fix my blower vent helpful even letting me think about having major repairs done over the weekend since it was expensive. BUT service didn’t totally fix my blower vent and it only worked on defrost when I got it back. Rep got me back in but now I have wires still hanging from the passenger side dashboard. More
From my experience I had I would have to say they have a very friendly staff. They didn’t try to rush or push me into anything.
