Our salesman Mike M. was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable about every aspect of my specific car (and also the entire Subaru line), and did his best to streamline the process between sales, fina knowledgeable about every aspect of my specific car (and also the entire Subaru line), and did his best to streamline the process between sales, finance, and service when we were on a bit of a time constraint. I also appreciated how, because I was the one purchasing the vehicle, he spoke directly to me and made sure I was happy with what I was getting and that the car had everything I needed. I’ve been to too many car dealerships where the salesman only speaks to the husband and not the wife, assuming she is not one of the decision makers, but Mike made sure I was a part of the process every step of the way. Brendan in finance and Mike the technician were also very helpful, thorough, and friendly. We had such a good experience at Rafferty that we came back to Mike 5 days later to buy another car for my husband. We would definitely recommend Rafferty to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

Usually in and out pretty quick. Yesterday when I checked in I mentioned that my tire pressure light was on. They said they would check. When I left it was still on. I went back and he said it might be a bad in I mentioned that my tire pressure light was on. They said they would check. When I left it was still on. I went back and he said it might be a bad sensor. He reset it. It’s back in today, Not anyone’s fault if it’s a bad sensor but it wasn’t checked the first time. Otherwise my car passed inspection and I got oil change. More

I wish to tell you about my visit. I went in for an oil change and to get the battery changed in one of my keys. I have some damage to the front and hood. Miss Dundee and a mechanic come out and tell me th change and to get the battery changed in one of my keys. I have some damage to the front and hood. Miss Dundee and a mechanic come out and tell me that four people tried to close my hood but were unable to do so. She proceeded to tell me I needed to get my car fixed. First she has no right to tell me what to do with my car. She was very insulting and condiscending she told me I needed to stay in to tv room and not come to her desk. They brought my car out and I locked the hood on the first try. You can ask Nick who was standing there. He commented that she should not have acted that way. I will be contacting Subaru to let them know how I was treated As you can see I gave her no stars. If there had been an option for and negative # she would have gotten that. Rafferty’s service and associated procedures are well honed. I drove into a heated garage, furned over the key, and proceeded to a service manager who quickly checked me in.
