My used car buying experience was great. I had certain parameters for buying an as-is used car and Rafferty allowed me to take the car to my personal mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. After the mechanics report recommended a couple of small repairs, Rafferty’s service department fixed it, no questions or charge. Overall a very comfortable car buying experience. The salesman Darren was very helpful. Answered all questions and was patience when I was deciding which car to get. The only thing I didn’t like was that the business manager never told me the interes questions and was patience when I was deciding which car to get. I went in with the understanding that I would get the special deal interest rate but was never told I couldn’t get it until I asked at the final signing of the paper work. While they did get the monthly payment where I wanted, they could have been more upfront about the rate. More
