Pleasant check in and communication while the car was being serviced. However, the service people did not conduct a full inspection. They left my bumper unclipped in and left no note about it. If they ha being serviced. However, the service people did not conduct a full inspection. They left my bumper unclipped in and left no note about it. If they had actually done an inspection they’d have checked that box. They also did not fill my empty washer fluid. For a general mechanic I wouldn’t expect more, but at the dealership I have higher expectations. Nick, my contact, did text afterwards to offer to comp a future oil change at their location so I appreciate that and will give them another try. Maybe it was just an off day. Who knows? More
