The husband and I aren't 'New Car' people, but with Covid, finding a pre-owned Outback in the price we wanted was proving difficult if not impossible. We just drove our brand-new white outback home last night. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience from start to finish. Jen was our salesgirl and she was AWESOME. Super responsive and professional but had a great sense of humor which made us feel like actual people and not just a 'sale' I appreciated how I texted her with a million little questions and she got back to me right away, every time.Buying a car with her was actually fun. My husband and I love the car and Rafferty was able to find the color we wanted just in time for the breaks in our old outback to bite the dust haha. Thanks Rafferty and Jen for a great experience. From the minute we walked in the door everyone was friendly and ready to help. Larry was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond showing my daughter all the features of the Impreza she eventuall friendly and ready to help.
