Lengthy But Thorough My adventure started ten minutes before delivery of my 2020 Impreza. I walked in and Dean the salesman said there was a problem. He takes me outside and shows me a big dent in the roof! A golf ball from the neighboring course bounced off my new car! He tells me they can repair it but I am not having my first new car in twenty years in the body shop. I would always know it was damaged. He understood and we went back inside and spoke with Mike in finance. They said there was one more like mine in inventory. They promptly brought it down, we did the deal and I met with Lauren, the Delivery Specialist. All was fine except for connectivity. Couldn't connect to Android Auto. Returned twice for service to ultimately determine it was in fact my equipment that was incompatible. Mark Lumley, the Service Rep, was very thorough and patient, even when I was not. John, the Tech who finally showed me everything with the car was fine was professional and courteous. A special mention to "Haircut" for loaning us his android phone so I could see AA working, and also Chris Kuhfuss, my second Delivery Specialist. A fine group of professionals that showed genuine interest in my 100% satisfaction. Management should be proud of such a dedicated workforce. I look forward to seeing them in December for my first oil change. More
