After communicating back and forth with my sales representative about a meeting time, I arrived to purchase my first car ever. Once I arrived, the woman at the front desk said I could wait in the “s representative about a meeting time, I arrived to purchase my first car ever. Once I arrived, the woman at the front desk said I could wait in the “show room” seating area while she paged my sales rep. I wound up sitting in the “show room” for over an hour waiting for my sales representative to greet me. After finally getting to sit down with him to discuss the car, he got up and went to his other customers and did not come back again for almost another hour. I knew buying a car would take awhile, but did not realize I would be there for 5 hours (arrived at 5pm, left at 10pm). The finance manager (Mike) that assisted me at the end was incredible. Mike was very friendly and helpful/informative when answering all of my questions. More

I was very pleased with the sales and service provided by Rafferty’s Subaru it was one of the only dealerships in my area that carried the specific Vehicle I was searching for. My Complaint Was that someone Rafferty’s Subaru it was one of the only dealerships in my area that carried the specific Vehicle I was searching for. My Complaint Was that someone left my paperwork out on a empty table and never came to inform me that it was ready for me to sign so I waited for about 45 mins. longer than I had too. More

The sales process was smooth, easy, friendly. I can’t say enough about Marisa and Amy. However, we were sent home without having a face-ti-face explanation by a tech of the features on our car . . . I brought my car in for its first yearly inspection. What bothered me was when I got in the car: A/C turned on Radio set to a station I don’t use 3 extra miles on the odometer. ? ? ?
