Friendly service as always, however a routine state inspection and recall turned into a 3-day ordeal. Communication could be more frequent- I had to call to find out the inspection would not be complet inspection and recall turned into a 3-day ordeal. Communication could be more frequent- I had to call to find out the inspection would not be completed that day. (Car needed no additional work). The next day I picked it up and it wouldnt start to drive off the lot. They offered to return the loaner to me since it would have to be rolled back in to be repaired- it wasn’t getting fuel. Expected delivery of my car that afternoon. Received a call later that there was no one available to drive it, could it be returned the next morning? No problem- got a call again the next morning asking if I definitely needed my car today. After saying yes, it was delivered shortly after with a full tank of gas. This follows past trends of things taking longer than promised (over promise, underdeliver). I’d appreciate more active communication, as friendly as it is. I go 45 minutes out of my way to use the dealership, and these setbacks throw my schedule upside down. More
