For the first time ever, I left without being totally happy. Appointment was for a state inspection with a recommendation to look at a rear shock that had a slight leak during last year's inspection. Got happy. Appointment was for a state inspection with a recommendation to look at a rear shock that had a slight leak during last year's inspection. Got a call that the shock did indeed need to be replaced this time, but it wasn't in stock. Would have thought that based on the recommendation to look at a potential leaky shock when I made the appointment that a shock would have been available. No issue because I had a loaner car, and I got to keep it an extra day. When I got the car home I checked the access cover used to get at the top bolts for removing the shock assembly. Reason I did this was because I watched a YouTube video for replacing the rear shocks after the recommendation from last year. It turns out that the Rafferty mechanic had the same problem removing the access cover as the guy in the youtube video. One of the clips that holds that cover in place is now snapped off and the cover is not tight in the opening. Just sent pictures of the problem to my service rep hoping to get the damaged cover replaced. More

Service was shoddy at best. Never test drove the car after replacing the fuel pump. I got 10 feet and lost power.
