Very easy to set up a service, communication was excellent. Set up the appointment online, dropped the car off the night before . Nick called back when car was ready and stated that if it was more convenient, I could pay the cashier over the phone and they would leave my keys and paperwork (hidden away) in my car. I knew I was going to be late, so I paid and did the "lock out" and it was seamless. Well done. More

I chose to wait for my Forester even though I knew there were several different issues being repaired. I worked at a quiet desk using my laptop and got more work done than I could of at home.
