Great facility and excellent staff, rim service quality poor The service center is top notch, with great customer service. I have had great results in the pass with emissions and inspection, a long with oil cha The service center is top notch, with great customer service. I have had great results in the pass with emissions and inspection, a long with oil changes and such. However recently I had an issue with hitting a pesky pothole driving in the night while it was raining. When I purchased my vehicle, I was offer buying different protection plan packages which I did. The claim process was easy and getting an appointment was easy And convenient with a courtesy rental vehicle provide. It took about a day for the repairs to be made and completed. I picked up my car and drove it home to park it back in my garage to only discover that the rim was still bent, not as severely but still very noticeable. The quality of work for paying as much as I did for the protection/replacement plan was not worth it. I am not satisfied with the job performed for repairing my rim, on a plan that sounded good when the sales associates pitch it to you when selling you the vehicles. I would recommend the service center for inspection/emissions, oil change and other jobs, however I do not recommend this location for any rim repairs. More
