Excellent car buying experience from a first-time buyer! I called ahead and set up an appointment with Marty. We test drove the car I was interested in. After a few finishing touches, the car was ready for purchase the next day. I received above and beyond service from Marty and Chad. Efficient, clear, and accommodating Purchased my 2015 WRX from this dealership in Nov 2014 and have been using their service center since. It has been very easy to schedule appointments, change appointments, and working with their staff with any concerns. Their recently remodeled service center has a terrific Business Area, enabling me to work remotely, instead of having to take a loaner. Water, coffee/tea, and other small snacks are available if you need them. Went in for an inspection and oil change. Service found that I was still good on my rear brakes, but really close to not passing safety inspection. I approved the rotor cleaning, and new pads. Work was completed in a timely fashion. Parts and Labor are reasonable when compared to non-dealerships, what you are getting at Rafferty is excellent customer service, and the brand guarantee on quality.. More

However, I worked with several dealerships to find the right vehicle. After working with Jenny and Jeanette from Rafferty Subaru, they quickly narrowed down my search and found the right vehicle. Jeanette met with me a shared all of the features of the call with an in depth overview. She shared her experience owning a Subaru and how the features improve ones experience as an owner. I felt incredibly comfortable working with Jeanette and was amazed at her knowledge and passion for the Subaru brand. As mentioned, I met with a number of dealerships to ride tidy the proper brand. It wasn't until I met with Jenny and Jeanette that I was ready to purchase. I believe I was impressed most with the passion that Jeanette shared of her experience and of other Subaru owners. This may be day 1 with my new Subaru, but i have looked for several years to find what i found with Jeanette. I didn't feel that I was SOLD something, but instead, I invested in an experience for my family. I am extremely grateful for Rafferty Subaru and will be happy to share my experience with others!!! I had the privilege of working with Chad for finance. CHAD WAS AWESOME. He made the opportunity to buy a car as simple as possible! Fast service I went there with what I thought was a transmission issue. They originally added fluid to my front differential because it was leaking. I came 2 hours I went there with what I thought was a transmission issue. They originally added fluid to my front differential because it was leaking. I came 2 hours to pick it up still made the noise. Obviously I was upset. I dropped it right back off and got my loaner car back. Drove home and 2 buisness days later it was ready for pick up. This time completely fixed. The tires were loose, overfilled, and not balanced correctly. This was the cause of the original problem. They did not charge me for fixing it. That was greatly appreciated. More
