Not bad, but not good service I have had a lease for just over a year. Impreza hatchback. Love it. Definitely was built on a Monday though. I have been back 3 or 4 times for vari I have had a lease for just over a year. Impreza hatchback. Love it. Definitely was built on a Monday though. I have been back 3 or 4 times for various items. They replaced my carpets due to a leak. They didn't fixed the leak in the first try, so I had to bring it back. Just had it in for squealing brakes they said they fixed it, but the brakes still squealed when i got it back. I also found it that the service plan that I'm paying for that is for oil changes and such is only good for 4 uses. That means I'm paying about $117 per oil change. The sales person did not point that out to us. Not happy about that either. I also had to replace the window gasket. They ordered the wrong part the first time, so again, had to go back. I would seriously suggest that you try a different location for Subaru service. Maybe other locations are better? Rafferty isn't bad, they just aren't good. More
