very disappointed. Agreed price increased by $4000! We received an offer in the mail so we went to Rafferty to discuss. We agreed to trade our 2016 Outback (3.6 limited) for a 2019 same model and same We received an offer in the mail so we went to Rafferty to discuss. We agreed to trade our 2016 Outback (3.6 limited) for a 2019 same model and same options and agreed on a price after they made a thorough inspection of our car and its options. We made a deposit and Rafferty proceeded to look for an equivalent car. When the car was located we got a call that it would be $4000 more than agreed! They say they made a mistake....that they didn't think our car had a moonroof and navigation (both are pretty hard to miss is you look at the car) and they admit to knowing we talked about the only option that our car doesn't have is remote start. We are disappointed and surprised that Rafferty didn't honor its agreement. More

We could ALL hear each others’ consultations with the service writers after the mechanics had looked at the vehicles and diagnosed the vehicles’ problems...and cost. Highly embarrassing to see some clients hear how much their repairs were going to cost. Please, have the courtesy to bring that client into a separate room to discuss the bad news!!! More
