Great appointment! Really well organized facility and process. However, Rafferty has got to STOP co silting with waiting clients in the communal lounge. We could ALL hear each others’ consultations with the service writers after the mechanics had looked at the vehicles and diagnosed the vehicles’ problems...and cost. Highly embarrassing to see some clients hear how much their repairs were going to cost. Please, have the courtesy to bring that client into a separate room to discuss the bad news!!! More

The service representative keeps me abreast of what is happening with my car. They always seem to know how long the wait will be. Staff is extremely friendly. Most times, I have an opportunity briefly speak with one of the Rafferty brothers. I have always been satisfied with this dealership. Looking forward to purchasing my forth Subaru at Rafferty. More

Condescending I asked to have AC checked because it was not cool when the car was idling. I was asked if I hit the button to activate AC! I was charged 200 for alignment. Needless to say I was not happy. Nothing is covered under extra maintenance package I purchased😕 More

Good quality work, but some uncharacteristic mishaps In past I have had an excellent experience with Rafferty’s service center. However this past experience has degraded my confidence. I brought in my br In past I have had an excellent experience with Rafferty’s service center. However this past experience has degraded my confidence. I brought in my brand new Ascent for its second warranty issue in the first 3 months of ownership. It was the same problem as the first time - a faulty strut mount on a different side (apparently a common issue with Ascents). While having the vehicle service I also requested a tow hitch be installed. I was fortunate to be able to get a loaner car and was told they ordered the parts and they would call me when they come in. 2 weeks go by and I didn’t hear anything so I called them and they thought they had told me to bring back the loaner while waiting for the parts to arrive. They said they would take care of strut mount and install the tow hitch that day. Didn’t hear anything so I called the next day and was told someone dented my car while it was on the lot and so they needed to send it to the body shop to get fixed. Of course it took another 2 weeks to get fixed at the body shop. As a courtesy for the ordeal they arranged to have the car dropped off at my house from the body shop. And if cpurse the tow hitch wasnt installed so I had to run back up up there to get installed. They were good and didn’t that day. All in all, god quality work, but poor communication and it took 40+ days for something relatively straightforward. I think this was an anomaly, but they should review how this happened. More
