Somewhat disappointing Saturdays are very busy. I waited a long time. My car was parked in when I finally left, confirming that the wait was longer than it should have been. Saturdays are very busy. I waited a long time. My car was parked in when I finally left, confirming that the wait was longer than it should have been. Multi point inspection was listed on my invoice. I don't know which multi points were inspected since you're lead to a cashier to pay and sent on your way afterwards. There was evidence that service was performed since I found myself scrubbing a greasy stain off the headliner. My coolant was just above the minimum level, but I did mention that Saturdays are busy. The facility was immaculate. There were drinks available. And the people were nice. It wasn't the worst experience possible. It just leaves so much to be desired. More

Sloppy and some people were not polite When I picked my car up, there were greasy smudges on the seats & the car had dried water marks on it. It looked worse than when I dropped it off. I came home and tried to get the grease off of the leather interior but haven't been able to. I also washed my car to get rid of the water marks. Next time, please don't bother "cleaning" it. I booked this service online and then called the toll free number that popped up after I indicated that I would need a loaner. The woman who answered the phone interrupted me just as I was stating the purpose of the call. When I asked to finish, she became cold and transferred me to Marissa who was slightly more polite. Overall all the service was a turn off. I was grateful for the loaner vehicle but the interior wasn't clean and it smelled. More
