Great Service!! First time using Rafferty for service. I needed an oil change, and decided to use their express service. Disappointing We dropped our cars off in the morning for routine service and inspections . Apparently 4 mechanics decided to leave early and we were told they would need to keep our cars into the next day. One of them had not even been looked at by 3:45 pm. I had to make several calls to voice my frustrations before they could assure me that they would be done by the end of the day. Leaving our cars overnight was not an option since we had vacation plans that would have been severely disrupted and costly to cancel. I am not confident in the quality of work that was done because I was told there was no way they could have it done by 5. My service rep was helpful in sharing my frustrations with the mechanics and ensuring we had our cars back. The cashier was extremely unprofessional. She literally had her feet up on the desk and complained to me that nobody likes her and customers yell at her all day. i have never had a bad experience at rafferty before but this was awfull More
Stay Away from Rafferty Service I brought my car in for simple 12,000 mile service. I had had no issues with the car to that point. My engine was smoking when I got home. It was supp I brought my car in for simple 12,000 mile service. I had had no issues with the car to that point. My engine was smoking when I got home. It was supposedly due to spillage of oil. The next day all my warning lights including check engine light came on. I am still waiting to see what they did to my car. This has been the worst service experience in my life (I am 66 years old). Make sure that the customer service rep you are working with knows to call you back before close of business if you are not waiting on premises for your car. This is especially important if your car goes in on a Friday for service. My rep never called and wasn’t in on a Saturday, so I had to drive the loaner car all weekend and had no idea what the status of my own car’s repair was. Appropriate communication is key to customer satisfaction. More
