Made it right after a rough start I brought in my car for service on failing A/C on a Wednesday. Inspection was due anyway so I got that done along with oil change and some regular mai I brought in my car for service on failing A/C on a Wednesday. I got a call around 2PM where they gave me the option to get the front breaks and rotors done (it was an option because they were borderline passing inspection). I said go ahead. I never got a call the rest of the day on the status of the service. This was disappointing. I called the next morning to find my car was ready and I picked it up. Unfortunately, I immediately found the A/C was not fixed. I drove my car around the next day to confirm the A/C was not fixed. I called and scheduled another appointment which they could only make for Wednesday the following week. On the second visit I explained that the A/C was not fixed (drop off at 7AM). At 5PM I had no call to update so I called them to get a status. Left a message and no return call. I called again at 5:50PM to learn that the service department was closed so I was in the dark. Next morning Elisa called me to apologize and let me know they had determined the issue with the A/C. She was great and helped me out A LOT on the cost of the repair. They had the work done by mid day. Thank you Elisa for making this right after so much trouble with the service I was receiving. All in all, I am pleased that Elisa listened to my concerns and took care of everything. Even with the earlier poor service I could not have asked for more in how they treated me and fixed the problem at the end. To be clear, I have no issue with how long the repair took, I take issue with the lack of communication. Anyway, I'm happy to report my A/C is blowing cold and strong. More

Efficient and thorough as usual. I went for Quick service to get an oil change and the Multipoint Inspection. I had a great experience with Jake my service advisor. He did a great job explaining the process and what I wanted done. This is a typical experience I receive when dealing with Rafferty! They are always a pleasure to deal with. I might add that when I bought my Crosstrek 1 1/2 years ago, it was the best new car buying experience I ever had! No pressure and quite fun actually. I never expected this after the typical buying experiences I had from the previous 40+ years with other car dealers. More

Great service:polite, friendly Car needed an overnight stay to complete 30,000 mile service. Dealer provided a free loaner car and washed my car too.
