Outstanding I’ve purchased 2 new cars from Raffery & I wouldn’t buy from anyone else. In both instances everyone that I came in contact with were friendly, knowledgeable & extremely professional. My sales person Eric Carr was exceptional. From beginning to end he was available to answer all of my questions & concerns. When he located the car of my choice, he personally went to pick it up and drive it back to the dealership so that I could have it sooner! That doesn’t happen anywhere except Rafferty. Through the process Kevin Rafferty spoke with me personally to make sure that all of needs were met. They were. Rafferty went above & beyond for me & it is very much appreciated. More

My 2019 Subaru Legacy purchase! Jeannette approached me as soon as I walked into the door. She sat me down and we talked about all my wants and needs of what car I wanted - the first Jeannette approached me as soon as I walked into the door. She sat me down and we talked about all my wants and needs of what car I wanted - the first sales person to do so. Subaru Concordville and Subaru Doylestown treated me like a kid or someone not trying to buy. I had done my research but Jeannette was up front with me about what cars were available. We started with 2019 legacy sport and she really helped me find what I want at what I could afford. We ended up working our way down one level to the 2019 legacy premium which I am absolutely obsessed with! She allowed me to go out for a test drive to show all the features which were included compared to the sport and standard models. When we came back she showed me the other color options and as soon as I saw the silver I was ready to talk to numbers. As we walked back inside, she showed me all around the place from the service garage and where to bring my car in for any service to waiting area, kids room, WiFi room and back to the show room and her desk. At her desk we discussed numbers, insurance and all the paper work. She was not pushy at all, but she did convince me to get the Zurich insurance because of her own personal experiences. She even talked to her finance manager and talked down the price for me! She was a huge help and definitely was the best sales associate and person I met while searching for my car. And I met ALOT of people. I was hooked up with Jim for financing and he broke it down like a wiz and also shared his personal experiences and his opinions which led me to my easy but important financial decisions. I got exactly what I was looking for, for a price I can afford and with coverage I wasn’t expecting! Really felt part of the Subaru family the whole time was there and I’m excited for my revisit in 2 weeks! Love my Impreza! As Jeannette handing me my new keys she offered to show me how to pair my iPhone for my first ride home in my new car! She also gave me her information and cell number and told me if I have any problems at all to reach out whenever & that she’ll see me back in 2 weeks for my re visit! More

Over the next couple hours, Keith helped us end our current Subaru lease in a way that would minimize surprise bills for repairs after we turned it in. We negotiated a fair price to take care of some cosmetic damage to the Accord in a timeline that worked for us so that we could take the car home with us that day. Keith was gracious, patient, and very easy to work with. He made sure we walked away with the ideal car-buying experience! Best of luck with your pool repair project, Keith! More

Rafferty reaches out to me to have my new vehicle serviced at their loc Shortly after I brought my 2008 Tribeca from Broad Street Subaru they closed. Rafferty reaches out to me to have my new vehicle serviced at their location and welcomed me with open arms. I’m treated like family when I visit them to have my vehicle serviced. I never have to worry about the service tech give me the run around or making me pay for unnecessary service. A little over a year ago I traded in my Tribeca for a 2018 Outback, Jen in Sales was very helpful throughout the process she even made sure I received proper training for all the safety features. This was my second Outback and although I loved it my kids didn’t so much, the Outback wasn’t as spacious as the Tribeca. Then Rafferty offered me a trade-up for a 2019 Outback and I couldn’t help but to ask if I could trade my Outback for an Ascent. I heard the Ascent was coming out when I traded Becky the Tribeca but she was over 10 year old, the model had been discontinued, and I couldn’t wait. I contacted Jen and the Sales Manager, Dan, worked it all out. I’m so happy with my 2019 Ascent, Baby Blue, I named her that because she like a blue whale that gracefully holds my family safely and comfortably with the same and even some improved safety features as my 2018 Outback. Rafferty will have a customer for life as I plan to hold on to this ride until the end of time and have no plans of taking her anywhere else for service. More
