I was, however, disappointed that the windshield repair could not be done since the glass specialist had the day off. Finally, at 4PM I got the news that my car had to remain overnight. It was the day after a holiday so maybe that could have been the reason. The next day we never heard from the service department, so I made a phone call and had to leave a message. Since I never received the return call during service hours I called again at 5pm. A different advisor told me the car was ready for pickup. I was not happy to be driving in the height of rush hour traffic and had to cancel other evening plans. Also, even though I told every person I talked to that the glass was under warranty (RPP), the final advisor had to find an after-hours manager to remove the $53 charge from my bill. Finally, I expected the chip repair would be invisible. It was not, so I needed to go back in and have it explained to me. I have always been pleased with Rafferty service in the past, but this first service on our new Subaru was a disappointing experience. Now that I have my new car, I could not help getting the impression that I was not extended the same level of courtesy. More

Excellent experience and very accommodating. Service and availability are excellent and a loaner car is why I bought me car here. It is hassle grr if your car needs service and I appreciate this service very much. Most dealers if you need to have your car in the shop make you rent a car which car had to do many times. Not a good start of a day The only reason I’m writing this is not to complain but for informational purposes. I called and asked if I could drop my car off for an oil change an The only reason I’m writing this is not to complain but for informational purposes. I called and asked if I could drop my car off for an oil change and wheel rotation and possibly get a loaner car be because it was necessary I get into work by 8:00 am. I was told I didn’t need to make an appointment and just drop my car off at express service. I asked if I needed to reserve a loaner. She said no, I can get one when I drop my car off. Honestly I didn’t believe her but I figured she knows. Next day comes, I was at the shop early and I asked again if I could get a loaner. Sure enough I couldn’t and express service didn’t offer loaner cars. I kinda figured this the day before but I was told otherwise. The man who told me this said it wouldn’t take long anyway because I was one of the first people in the shop. I waited for about 50 minutes for an ‘express’ oil change and tire rotation( which they didn’t do because it wasn’t necessary which is fine). I missed my early work meeting because I was given incorrect information twice. Please do people a favor and give them correct information so they can adjust their schedule accordingly or not make the plan at all. If you don’t know the answer say you don’t know. Believe it or not it did cost me money at my own job. I lost a commissioned job I needed to complete and intended to complete in the morning because I was given incorrect information twice for a simple oil change/(tire rotation)! More
