Can I give more than 5 Stars? Where do I even begin? Buying a car at Rafferty Subaru was hands down the best car shopping experience I could’ve hoped for! Jen was absolutely amazin Where do I even begin? Buying a car at Rafferty Subaru was hands down the best car shopping experience I could’ve hoped for! Jen was absolutely amazing - so knowledgeable, kind and professional, she helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I was between the Outback and Forester, and Jen was so patient helping me figure out which car would suit my life best. Of course I chose the one in seriously high demand, meaning that there was somewhat of a wait on the car coming in. Jen was in touch with me every step of the way, giving me updates as soon as she got them herself. When my car came in, she was on top of everything to make sure I could take it home as soon as possible. Chad did my paperwork, which was totally painless. He was quick and efficient, but thorough explaining everything for me. Chris went over all the ins and outs of the car, helped me get my phone paired, and answered all of my questions about all of the different nobs and buttons. Overall, the team at Rafferty made what can be a stressful experience one that was pleasant and even fun! I will never shop anywhere else, and cannot recommend Jen enough! Thank you! More

Therefore I needed a Sales Representative that knew how to review the vehicle efficiently. Josh was a perfect match, he was proficient and precise with all details of the vehicle and the sale. It is the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased but I’m retiring in this vehicle and I was looking for safety, reliability, comfort with the ability to still be conservative. This vehicle was especially designed for me. I purchased my 2004 Toyota Avalon brand new as well and for a few years I’ve been looking for a new vehicle to purchase to replace my Avalon but with the same reputation as my Avalon, respectively and there absolutely wasn’t nothing available to give me excitement as my Avalon did 15 years ago and I said almost three years ago that I don’t believe the vehicle I want is manufactured at this time and the Subaru Ascent proved me right. Every employee that I interacted with at Rafferty Subaru all said they love the company they work for and it’s absolutely demonstrated in their care and professionalism as well as their unity to satisfy the customers needs. I must say that I’m overall pleased with the service which was rendered for the sale and I’m absolutely impressed with the performance of the vehicle. More

Totally unexpected I had decided on a Monday it was time to get a new car. The burden of it overwhelmed me for 5 days before I was able to make it to the dealership. In that 5 day span, I heard twice from Vicki via phone to follow up on a vehicle I was looking at and then received an email from her and Joe Montoro seeing if there was anything they could do to help out or make things easier for me or answer any questions. That initial personal attention alone had me sold on Rafferty. When I arrived on Saturday morning, we were greeted within seconds outside by Brad Dickerson. I immediately liked him and felt heard and listened to. When we walked inside, I felt a sense of calm suspected it would be easier than I thought. I didn't really know what to expect but I had no idea it would be as fun and as relaxed and as friendly as it was! We were handed over to Keith Harden, and he was somehow able to ease my anxiety over the situation. Both he and Brad made it seem less of an overwhelming burden by creating a friendly and fun experience, by making me laugh and by talking on a more personal level instead of making it a business transaction. Not once did I ever feel not taken care of or ignored or treated like a number. I honestly felt like I was treated like family. There is something to be said when I can trust two people like that right off the bat without knowing them for more than a few seconds. I never felt anything less than utter honesty coming from Keith and I never once felt like I wasn't going to be well taken care of. When I signed the paperwork, Keith let out a "YAY" of excitement that was louder than mine! For someone who struggles with anxiety, he was somehow able make this entire thing easy and painless for me and for that I am beyond grateful. Rafferty is my dealership for life! And I will refer anyone and everyone I can to work with Keith and Brad! Thank you so much! P.S. I'm completely in love with my car and have decided I'm keeping it FOREVER. More
