It became apparent early on that she was inexperienced. Honestly, for us, it didn’t hinder the process too much because I had done so much preliminary research that I knew the trims, what I wanted, and the pricing. When my data did not match what Aliesa presented, Andy came to the rescue and satisfied me immediately. The car got ordered, and arrived earlier than expected, which was good. So Andre found exactly what I wanted, that same day. He had it delivered to the dealership, by the next day. I can't say enough about the customer service. Rafferty offered great price and easy sale transaction. I didn't have to spend hours in the dealership. I was there to sign the paperwork and to go over the car. They had a person show me how to work everything on the car. He even offered to set my phone up. Andre went out of his way to make me happy. Finance guy harrassed me I told him 10 times I was not buying an extended warranty. He kept ignoring me and continued as if I said nothing.
