I never felt any pressure to buy the car, and felt as though he could answer all of my questions honestly. I needed to wait a few days to pick up the car because they were fixing a recall on a part, but Nick was easy to reach and very professional. He scheduled the pick up at a time convenient for me and gave me his whole attention. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process and left the dealership very happy. Rather than come forward with a realistic offer, the numbers were inflated to judge what we did and did not know. We managed to move forward with an acceptable offer, but we would have preferred the initial numbers to be their best offer. Other dealerships do this, as do online sales. It is time consuming and frustrating. Aside from that, the process for car delivery was seamless and efficient. We would recommend shopping with Nate at Rafferty Subaru. More
