I had decided the Subaru Forester 2019 Sport was the right choice using Rafferty's web site and seeing different package combos available. Luckily, the salesperson chosen for me was Jeanette Prestia who is so friendly and wonderful. Jeanette was a godsent as she took care of us through the entire process of ordering the SUV on the phone, keeping in contact by email, and meeting us at the Rafferty's showroom. She answered all our questions and took care of all our needs. Once it was time to pay, we spent time with Joel Gordon who went over all the financial details, insurance plans, maintenance plans, and answered any other questions we had. Bob Rafferty took time to talk with us a little too. So, I am extremely satisfied with my 2019 Subaru Forester and with Rafferty Subaru dealership. They really make you feel like you're family. It was my first time buying a car, and it went about as smoothly as I could have hoped. The only downside was not necessarily anyone's fault, but I went midday on a Saturday to finalize the deal, and it turned out to be quite busy, resulting in what I felt to be an overly long wait (about an hour) to sign the paperwork. I also heard that there were several people after me who I'm sure had to wait for a similar period of time. I'd recommend finalizing a purchase either very early in the day on a weekend, or sometime during the week to avoid the same issues. More
