Great experience!! I went in not knowing if I wanted pre-owned or new. I first met Owen in pre-owned. He was very decent and knowledgeable. When I asked to check out new as well, he introduced me to Nate. Nate was great! Nate worked with me through the whole process. He answered questions or got answers to the questions I had. He was willing to work with my schedule and wasnt rude or pushy. Everyone I met at Rafferty was nice and pleasant to deal with. From Joel in finance to other sales associates, they were all very pleasant and great to work with in buying my new car. The facility is very nice and the waiting area for the very large service shop is amazing. Major bonus for having good coffee too. Overall everything was a positive experience and they were willing to work with the price to get me into the car I truly wanted. More

Ask for Keith Harden Keith Harden was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. Dan in the finance department was also super friendly and helpful. I only gave them 4 stars overall because the service department was less than ideal to work with. They were not as professional and organized as the other staff members I worked with and seemed to have some communication errors. One woman was particularly sassy on the phone and told me to use the express service. When I arrived to the express service, I was told I couldn’t use express because my car is not a Subaru. They also couldn’t find a battery they had for me and seemed thoroughly confused. They thought they couldn’t install the battery (because it’s non-Subaru) and told me I needed to take it elsewhere which I would have to pay for even though I was already promised to have the battery done there. I asked to talk to someone in sales. Thankfully, Keith fixed the situation and had them install the battery. All in all, the sales and finance departments are great and the experience there was perfect, except for the service department. If you’re looking to buy a car there, ask for Keith! More
