We intended to buy a certified pre-owned auto, but found that their inventory didn’t check off a few of our desired features. What we did find is that, through the Costco program, it was not much more to buy new. And we did! Our salesperson was very accommodating in taking time to ask about our needs/wants, answer questions and offering to test-drive a couple of different makes to determine what suited us best. I appreciated the fact that he didn’t represent the typical (and dreaded) “car salesman” mold. There was a glitch after the purchase that I won’t mention here. However, it was handled quickly and efficiently, so the inconvenience it caused was rendered fairly insignificant. More
