Never disappoints doing business with Andre and Rafferty I have been a Subaru loyalist for quite some time, and I have been a Rafferty Subaru Loyalist from the 1st Subaru I ever leased. I have never felt the I have been a Subaru loyalist for quite some time, and I have been a Rafferty Subaru Loyalist from the 1st Subaru I ever leased. I have never felt the need to cross-shop and hardball negotiate with Rafferty - I work directly with Andre Tocci who has helped me get into 2 Subaru’s and finally convinced my wife to turn in her Honda for a new Ascent. Andre has always made it clear that he takes a customer-centric approach; finds ways/areas where I can save more money, advise me as to where I can get the most value from my dollars, etc. Andre’s goal is to put Subaru’s on the road, but he wants to achieve this goal in a manner where both Subaru and Customer find a mutually agreeable deal. Buying a new car can be stressful and there’s always room for Buyers’ Remorse - Andre takes the stress and hassle out of that, for me, and never makes me feel like I got the shorter end of the stick in the deal. All-in- all, Andre and Rafferty restore my faith in the Dealership Market and the New Car Buying Experience. More
The good and the bad I had a good experience with James Buscemi and the young man who oriented me to my new car. However, I am not happy with my experience with Dan, the business manager. He did not give me any contact information about the credit union that is financing my purchase. I also called him the day after I picked up my car with a question. I told him that I thought he had made a mistake with the amount he charged me for an extended service warranty. He said he would check and get back to me. That was a week ago and I still have not heard from him. I even asked James to talk to Dan about my concern, but still no response from Dan. Exceeding my Already high Subaru expectations Mike @ Raffertys Subaru went above and beyond building a relationship and delivering on our conversations, along with being patient as my husband and Mike @ Raffertys Subaru went above and beyond building a relationship and delivering on our conversations, along with being patient as my husband and I made a decision on his car. Our prior experience with this dealership’s sales and service staffs were a significant factor in our decision to patronize this dealership once again. Steve Heck is a real pro whose ability to listen carefully to us led him to ask all the right questions. This ultimately led to the the optimal vehicle choice for us in a process that we felt good about from beginning to end. Dan handled the paperwork in a manner that was both informative and respectful of our time. Finally, I enjoyed the unscheduled chat with Kevin Rafferty, and enjoyed hearing about a local family’s great success story. More

I walked in wanting to test drive and learn more about the 2019 Subaru Forester Sport. Unfortunately, they didn't have that exact model but I test drove the base model and Josh was very helpful in explaining the differences. I did not feel pressured at all to purchase the car that same day. Josh answered all my questions and concerns to the best of his ability and went out his way to find the answer if he did not know it. I let Josh know I needed time to think and go through everything before putting down a deposit. He is not like most car salesmen who nonstop call and text you everyday to check on your status. I told Josh I would let him know by the end of the week about my decision and that's when he texted me about my status. I eventually came to my final decision and bought the Sport model since Josh mentioned if it would make me happy, that's all that matters. And it truly did. I've only have my car for a week now and couldn't be more happy! More
