I walked in wanting to test drive and learn more about the 2019 Subaru Forester Sport. Unfortunately, they didn't have that exact model but I test drove the base model and Josh was very helpful in explaining the differences. I did not feel pressured at all to purchase the car that same day. Josh answered all my questions and concerns to the best of his ability and went out his way to find the answer if he did not know it. I let Josh know I needed time to think and go through everything before putting down a deposit. He is not like most car salesmen who nonstop call and text you everyday to check on your status. I told Josh I would let him know by the end of the week about my decision and that's when he texted me about my status. I eventually came to my final decision and bought the Sport model since Josh mentioned if it would make me happy, that's all that matters. And it truly did. I've only have my car for a week now and couldn't be more happy! More

Our prior experience with this dealership’s sales and service staffs were a significant factor in our decision to patronize this dealership once again. Steve Heck is a real pro whose ability to listen carefully to us led him to ask all the right questions. This ultimately led to the the optimal vehicle choice for us in a process that we felt good about from beginning to end. Dan handled the paperwork in a manner that was both informative and respectful of our time. Finally, I enjoyed the unscheduled chat with Kevin Rafferty, and enjoyed hearing about a local family’s great success story. More

He was thrilled with the experience and every time our lease was up, he knew who he wanted to call and who would do his best for us. He kept his card in his wallet and number in his cell phone and spoke of him like he was a friend. Last night I visited the dealership for the 1st time. My husband had already talked to Andre and he gave us a few choices. Unfortunaltey, we could not finish the deal with him because we could not get there in time. However, he had made the time to get some key people involved who could take care of us and finish the deal. He remotely stayed in contact with them thru the process and he made sure we were taken care of. Needless to say, we now have our 4th Subaru. We love the car, we loved the service!
