Excellent experience! I had an excellent experience from start to finish with Rafferty Subaru. It had been 19 years since I had bought a car so I was a little anxious about I had an excellent experience from start to finish with Rafferty Subaru. It had been 19 years since I had bought a car so I was a little anxious about going through the whole process again. After test driving many different cars, I settled on the Subaru Outback. My mom and sister both bought their cars at Rafferty so I knew that was the dealership to trust. Owen C. was the BEST!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. There were absolutely no awkward, forced, sales-pitchy moments throughout the entire experience. It was surprisingly enjoyable. I settled on a 2018 Outback Limited 2.5i with all of the bells and whistles my 19 yr. old car never had. Owen explained how to use EVERYTHING (twice, maybe even three times) which was greatly appreciated and left me feeling at ease with my new gadgets!!! One of the nicest parts of the process was the closing. Because of my work schedule he brought the car and all of the paperwork out to me. We finished in about 20-30 minutes and I had my new car! I'll say it again, he's the BEST!! I highly recommend Rafferty Subaru and especially Owen C!!! Thanks! More

Never disappoints doing business with Andre and Rafferty I have been a Subaru loyalist for quite some time, and I have been a Rafferty Subaru Loyalist from the 1st Subaru I ever leased. I have never felt the I have been a Subaru loyalist for quite some time, and I have been a Rafferty Subaru Loyalist from the 1st Subaru I ever leased. I have never felt the need to cross-shop and hardball negotiate with Rafferty - I work directly with Andre Tocci who has helped me get into 2 Subaru’s and finally convinced my wife to turn in her Honda for a new Ascent. Andre has always made it clear that he takes a customer-centric approach; finds ways/areas where I can save more money, advise me as to where I can get the most value from my dollars, etc. Andre’s goal is to put Subaru’s on the road, but he wants to achieve this goal in a manner where both Subaru and Customer find a mutually agreeable deal. Buying a new car can be stressful and there’s always room for Buyers’ Remorse - Andre takes the stress and hassle out of that, for me, and never makes me feel like I got the shorter end of the stick in the deal. All-in- all, Andre and Rafferty restore my faith in the Dealership Market and the New Car Buying Experience. More

However, I am not happy with my experience with Dan, the business manager. He did not give me any contact information about the credit union that is financing my purchase. I also called him the day after I picked up my car with a question. I told him that I thought he had made a mistake with the amount he charged me for an extended service warranty. He said he would check and get back to me. That was a week ago and I still have not heard from him. I even asked James to talk to Dan about my concern, but still no response from Dan.
