Thankfully, Rafferty Subaru lives up to the “Subaru level” of customer experience you would hope for. Keith, our salesman, was very quick to show us the cars we came to see, he was kind to our kids who had to come with us on our visit, and in any moment that I had a concern about something, he was always willing to try accommodating our needs. He never said, no, I can’t help you there. Every single time he was willing to look into *fill in the blank* for us, he also offered to give our kids some snacks by the end of our long visit which was so thoughtful of him because I had forgotten my bag of snacks for the kids on the kitchen counter before heading out to the dealership. Stephen, the sales manager, is extremely down to earth and you can immediately sense that he is an authentic individual. He was so relaxed and friendly, and even brought a few hot wheels down to my sons to play with in the child area, which he didn’t have to do. He was kind enough to speak to me over the phone before heading to the dealership and went the extra mile to help us feel happy about the price of the vehicle. At the end of the day, I know that sales managers need to look out for their company’s best interest, but I sincerely felt that Stephen was more concerned about helping us feel happy and comfortable with the price of the car. Chad, in the finance team, was very friendly and down to earth. I was so touched by his friendly demeanor and by his willingness to talk me through my anxieties about interest rates. Jim, also in the finance team, went the extra mile for us and without being asked, offered to work even harder to get us a better interest rate and was able to secure a rate that we were so much more comfortable with and appreciative of. Not to mention, he gave my son a leftover extra prize from a contest that had recently ended before we left and that was not something he had to do. Overall, the employees we spoke to and worked with were kind, friendly, and very willing to try to help meet your needs or resolve your concerns. More
