Subaru had a great reputation, along with Honda, Toyota and many others.My wife and sat up an appointment with Andre, primarily for a test drive. Andre took the time to understand our needs and requirements. Based on our conversation, Andre recommended the Premium version of the 2019 Outback and offered us a test drive. We requested to test drive alone so that my wife could speak freely in our evaluation. In short, we loved everything about the car. I explained to Andre that we were interested but we were on the verge of returning our rental car and needed something quickly and although I liked the features of the Premium model, I didn’t want a sunroof and my wife wanted it to be white. Andre understood our requirements, then mentioned that he was leaving for a week on a trip to Wisconsin. He’d get his team involved and he'd call upon his return the following Saturday. Imagine my surprise when he called FTAM on that Saturday saying “we’re all set, what time do you to come in to pick up your new Subaru?” We held out little hope that Andre would be able to help us reach our goals from 1500 miles away that week. Mike was exceptionally helpful and patient while I went through the gyrations of testing the vehicle. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the Subaru models. Even after all the work he did for us and giving us a quote, he was very understanding about the fact that we had to leave the deal on the table to test drive the other cars. There was no attitude due to a lost sale and genuinely wished us luck in our search. We eventually came back after over a month of testing and bought the Outback from Mike. He was able to give us a great deal and still maintain that Western Pennsylvania Charm. The reasons we came back were that we loved the Outback and the other was Mike was such a great salesman. I would highly recommend the Rafferty Subaru Family and especially Mike. Go Steelers! More
