Though they were naturally interested in completing a sale, they never tried to steer me towards another model than the one I had come to see (unlike other dealerships, which tried hard to sell me a new car, totally ignoring my wants and needs). Best car buying experience ever Mike Burfield was our salesman and he was very patient as we test drove multiple, multiple cars. He seemed genuine and never tried to upset us.
