He kept his card in his wallet and number in his cell phone and spoke of him like he was a friend. Last night I visited the dealership for the 1st time. My husband had already talked to Andre and he gave us a few choices. Unfortunaltey, we could not finish the deal with him because we could not get there in time. However, he had made the time to get some key people involved who could take care of us and finish the deal. He remotely stayed in contact with them thru the process and he made sure we were taken care of. Needless to say, we now have our 4th Subaru. We love the car, we loved the service! After looking at various new SUVs at 4 or 5 local dealers , and almost having bought a different brand a few weeks prior , my wife insisted that we lo After looking at various new SUVs at 4 or 5 local dealers , and almost having bought a different brand a few weeks prior , my wife insisted that we look at a Subaru . After a month or so comparing the vehicles , and the dealers , I was essentially disheartened at the entire process. Then , we went to Rafferty Subaru , and were met by an incredibly courteous and personable salesman -Keith Harden , who was very knowledgeable and willing to actually listen to our needs and budget price. I made them an offer , and they actually came back with a better one !! ( something that has never happened to me before ) In summary, so far , this has been my best experience ever at the nicest dealership ever . This is our first Subaru , but if the service crew is as good as the sales team , it won't be the last.!! More
