While Jimmy McDonald in finance was friendly, he should have had our credit rating (excellent) before our meeting - there was plenty of time. The problem was the loan interest rate. We initially agreed to 3.79%, but when presented with the loan agreement to sign, it was 4.99%. When we refused this number, they backed off. Unfortunately, ater an excellent sales experience, we drove off with a bad taste in our mouths. More
