We went to look at the available inventory and was in the process of putting a deposit down. The next day we were offered our father’s car to drive for six months. We explained our situation to Owen and promised we would buy a Forester from him when the time was right. He was professional and understood our situation. We went to Owen last Friday and bouggt a Forester from him. We kept our word because Owen is a man of honesty and integrity. He was looking out for what was best for us. We are now a two Suburu family. We had always had Toyota but because of Owen we are now loyal Suburu fans. Owen is a joy to work with. He has great knowledge of his product line. He is fair, honest and trustworthy. We will recommend him to all our friends and family. He is now our number one go to for a Suburu. I love getting in both of our Suburu’s I feel a sense of safety in both vehicles. I think of Owen everytime the eyeball feature works. The lumbar feature is a dream. The vehicles are fun to drive and I feel priveledged to drive a Suburu. Thank you for choosing such a great representatives to showcase such a great company. We are so grateful to have met Owen and look forward to many more years of enjoying our Suburu now happily times two!!!!! More

Because we had an upcoming wedding to attend and my husband needed to be at work the day I spoke to Owen, I was unable to take a test drive that Thursday. Owen asked if I could take one if he brought the car to me! I was amazed. I took the drive & wrote a deposit check that night. Owen & I were able to arrange for us to have the car checked by our mechanic on Monday, the day that I finally bought the car. Everyone was friendly and service-oriented while we were at the dealership. "Family Business" is evidently much more than a slogan at Rafferty. Owen's knowledge of Subaru models, listening and follow-up skills, and personality are more than I'd ever have expected... More

Chad Myers was wonderful, he took the time to figure out what I wanted and found the car for me! No pressure, pleasant and patient! My dog and mom were with me, it took a few hours, he answered all of my questions then and when I went home answered some more. I picked up the car Monday night, it looked amazing and he went over the car and helped me sync the phone.
