Excellent Detail Work The Detail Shop is superb and it shows through Jose’s work product. I never have had such a shiny car, you could almost see yourself in the shine!! I had been getting my previous Subaru serviced at Rafferty for years and am VERY happy with Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I had been getting my previous Subaru serviced at Rafferty for years and am VERY happy with my decision to buy my new car there. From the initial correspondence with Jennifer Cunningham to going for a test drive and talking about options with my sales rep Nick Siolek, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Nick really went above and beyond to help make the process completely painless. During the test drive, he was very knowledgable about all of the big/little changes in the 2019 Forester and did a great job walking me through them. After the test drive, I really appreciated how accessible he was with frequent communication and how helpful he was in securing the exact model/options that I wanted. He was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout. The recent remodeling of the dealership came out great and it really feels like a state of the art facility. The area where customers wait while their cars are being serviced looks more like a lounge than a waiting area. I couldn't recommend Rafferty Subaru any more highly. More

Ugh it's that time again! I live in Wallingford, Pa. There aren't many Subaru dealers in this area. I have dealt with Rafferty for four vehicles and am happy. The product is I live in Wallingford, Pa. There aren't many Subaru dealers in this area. I have dealt with Rafferty for four vehicles and am happy. The product is great and I see improvements. I am not thrilled with anything other than my salesman. Dean Glyptis has been honest and straightforward since I met him. I can not stand the 4-5 hours it takes to lease or purchase, that is not his fault. I have been told twice service would take a few weeks to book and they had no loaner cars available. I expected more after tolerating the construction. I can not give full stars on ratings when there is room for improvement. More
