Three Stars Purchased a new vehicle, found a ding on the passenger door that day, had to return at a later date to pick it up. When I arrived on the date they gave me, it wasn’t repaired. They couldn’t schedule the car while I was there, they called to schedule, it will be at least another three weeks. What was also upsetting, the day they initially gave me to pick the vehicle up, the car was not washed or detailed. The inside had finger prints on the touch screen. I wonder if they continued to show the vehicle to potential buyers after I purchased the vehicle. My salesman did a fine job and so did the man who demonstthe features. More
