He made me an offer on the phone an the value of my 2015 Volvo and what he was willing deal with on the new car. Both of these were close to my expected value. As I have been exploring a new car purchase for the past several weeks, I knew the value of my trade-in and I had a good idea on a good deal for a new Subaru. I made the decision right then to take a close look at Rafferty. We drove down to Rafferty that day, met with Andre the sales manager and were able to tweak the deal to enable me to purchase a new car that day. The test drive sealed the deal and we agreed to the purchase. As the car was in transit, we picked up the car 2 weeks later ... in fact, Rafferty under promised and over delivered ... they were able to get us the car 1 week earlier than scheduled. The car was meticulously detailed. Jen turned us over to financing and that was completed quickly and effectively. Jen then turned us over to Connor who walked us through the touch screen, hooked up our phones, etc. Every person we met was friendly, efficient and competent and met us with a smile. My wife loves her new car! I would readily recommend Rafferty Subaru and in particular Jen Prestia. She was knowledgeable and also enthusiastic about Rafferty and Subarus in general. More
