We have typically been a Honda family over the past 10 years, but prior to that had Subarus. In any event, working with Rafferty was great, specifically with Owen Cunningham and Tom Cleighton. Straight shooters, honest and transparent from the start which is appreciated especially when I am doing the same. Told them my expectations from the outset, what my budget was, and worked things out from there. Couldn’t be happier with my vehicle as well as the experience working with these gentlemen. Would without a doubt recommend them to family and friends. More

Reneged on Deal On Friday June 1st we agreed on a deal. I was trading in my car fot a 2018 Legacy.we signed the paperwork and I paid the full amount of what I owed th On Friday June 1st we agreed on a deal. I was trading in my car fot a 2018 Legacy.we signed the paperwork and I paid the full amount of what I owed the dealer. Mark, the salesman, said the car would be in around mid-June. There were no contingencies in the deal. On Saturday June 2nd, around 5:00 PM I received a call from the dealer saying that they thought they had my car sold when they agreed to the trade but that deal fell thru and therefore they would not be able to honor our deal. Laura, the sales manager, tried to explain to me why they were not going to honor the deal and when I was not satisfied which her explanation she yelled at me and HUNG UP on me. I put a call into Kevin Rafferty, one of the general managers, but he never called back. Finally on Sunday I sent an email agreeing to a full refund for what I paid because I did not want to deal with this dealer any longer On Monday I gat a call from Mark Hughes, my salesman, and he said that he would get my refund processed ASAP. I then received an email from Laura saying that the refund was being processed. I must admit I am kind of surprised I did not hear back from Kevin Rafferty. I did receive a call from Kevin Rafferty after he read this review late Monday afternoon and he said that he never received a voicemail from me. We discussed my experience and he said he would look into that happened. On Tuesday I received a voicemail from Joe Montoro, the GM, and he asked if I would do the deal if they would honor their original commitment, I left him a voicemail and said no thanks I was no longer interested in dealing with Rafferty. More

I test drove the vehicle, Brad and I sat and made a deal for my trade. I came back 2 days later and worked out a deal. We made a deal I was happy with. Jim worked to get me a great rate.. I am a happy owner of a Toyota Tacoma. I received my MD tags in less than 2 weeks. Very nice folks to work with.. More
